WHAT ARE THE MEMBERSHIP TERMS?
Company owners and professionals who have the capacity to act, adopt the aims and principles of the association and accept to work in this direction, meet the conditions stipulated by the legislation and engage in official commercial activities, have the right to become a member of this association. However, foreign natural persons must also have the right to settle in Turkey in order to become a member.
The membership application to be made to the chairmanship of the association is decided by the board of directors of the association in the form of acceptance or rejection of the request and the result is notified to the applicant in writing. The member whose application is accepted is recorded in the book to be kept for this purpose.
The principal members of the association are the company owners or company professionals who are accepted as members by the board of directors upon their application.
Company owners or partners are required to fill in the personal information and company information fields in the online pre-application form and specify 2 MUSIAD member references for membership to the association. Membership pre-application cannot be completed without specifying a reference.
After the preliminary application, the official owners and partners of the company make an appointment and are asked to fill in the application form by visiting the company address. Passport Photo, Identity, Criminal Record, Tax Plate and Activity Documents are requested along with the application form.
In addition to the documents requested from the company owners, the company’s board of directors is requested from the company professionals at the point of becoming a member of the association.
